我认为方法PortForward应该通过以下方式重写为异步方式:

public async Task<bool> PortForward(string podName, int[] originalPort, int forwardPort)
{
    return await Task.Run(() => ForwardPortOperation(podName, originalPort, forwardPort));
}

之后,您可以编写一个NUnit测试:
