使用C＃提取7z SFX文件

我有一个7z SFX类型的exe文件。 exe文件中压缩了一个文本文件。如何在C＃中的exe中读取文本文件的内容。我尝试使用sevenzipsharp库进行提取，但遇到了异常End of central directory record could not found。
