Bulma changing of color via variable didn't came as expected

Question

I am trying to import bulma and then set my own colors in it. I am following https://bulma.io/documentation/customize/with-webpack/

Everything went fine. But after first build and adding my own variables in mystyles.scss

Before my layout was something and after it became as though there are not enough classed or classes have been changed in mystyles.css

I expected that nothing would break after changing bulma color variables but the layout broke.
