Heroku：bash：女服务员：命令未找到

我有一个Falcon和Waitress公开的REST API。它在我的本地环境中运行良好，并希望在Heroku中发布。

要启动API，请在我的Procfile中输入以下内容：

web: waitress-serve --port=$PORT app:api

我在Free Dynos资源中看不到它。

但是当我在Heroku中进行部署时，会收到以下错误消息：

bash: waitress-serve: command not found

我正在使用以下Buildpack： https://github.com/teamupstart/conda-buildpack

在我的根文件夹中，我有conda-requirements.txt，其中waitress == 1.3.0
