Idea Database Navigator does not support CREATE SCHEMA

Just open SQL file after installing DB Navigator plugin for Intellij Idea: enter image description here The same problem with CREATE TYPE and CREATE FUNCTION ... RETURNS TABLE.

I use Idea Community 2018.3.5 CE and DbNavigator version 3.1 build 1391.

Does it really not support the statements ? Is there a way to configure it?
