R Studio未在计算机上使用最新的R版本

我安装了R 3.5.3，然后重新启动了Windows 7计算机。接下来，我启动了R Studio并运行了as.Date(levels(data$Date.birth), format="%d.%m.%Y") 命令，并得知R Studio仍在使用R版本3.5.1。
