1)Do i need to purchase a devoloper id of 299 usd to automate my app?
2)can i automate real and emulator both internal and external apps using free account only

1. 不需要付费帐户，但是更难。我们使用免费帐户进行自动化，并且它们可以正常工作。问题是“免费”帐户的证书每周到期，这意味着您必须每周重新编译WebDriverAgentRunner，以便再次颁发证书。配置和自动化稍微复杂一些，但是肯定可以实现。在Appium网站上的Real Devices Setup manual中对该过程进行了说明。
2. 您只能在使用开发人员证书签名的模拟器和本机应用程序（ipa）中自动执行专门构建的模拟器应用程序（app.zip）。无法自动执行使用发行证书签名的生产应用。
