在pod.yaml定义中，缩进错误为imagePullSecrets，并且需要为- name:指定imagePullSecrets。应该是这样的：

请注意，imagePullSecrets:是复数形式，而array是复数形式，因此您可以为多个注册表指定多个凭据。

如果imagePullSecrets:中的凭据与~/.docker/config.json中的配置相同，则凭据将合并。
