本机图像捕获问题

我正在为应用程序使用本机脚本angular。我需要相机和文件浏览功能。

我已经尝试了以下两个用于相机功能的插件

1. https://github.com/nstudio/nativescript-camera-plus

2. https://www.npmjs.com/package/nativescript-camera

但是我不支持。它引发以下错误

我用以下内容修改了App_Resources / AndroidManifest.xml文件，在某些论坛上我已经看到了此解决方案。但这还不能解决。
