SSIS System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException如何调试

我正在尝试通过SSIS（Web服务任务）访问第三方Web服务。运行程序包时，出现此错误：

The Web Service threw an error during method execution. 
    The error is: System.Web.Services.Protocols.SoapException: Server was unable to process request. ---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.
at CC.AppCode.Vb.ExportService.ExportXML(String connection, String start_date, String end_date, String custom_param1, String custom_param2, String custom_param3)

该如何调试呢？我可以访问WSDL文件。它真的告诉我的不是很多，而是什么变量。是否可以判断是否需要变量？我看不到该Web服务的任何其他文档。
