通过Application Stack Builder安装PostGis可以正常工作，但是当我尝试添加postgis扩展名时，出现以下错误：
ERROR: could not load library "C:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/11/lib/postgis-2.5.dll": The specified module could not be found.
该文件确实存在。
