初始化本地气流数据库并启动Webserver + Scheduler之后,我使用以下命令运行dag任务:

实际错误为 TypeError:create_container()获得了意外的关键字参数'cpu_shares',这意味着create_container函数不希望将cpu_shares作为参数。

使用docker python库3.5.1版并将其降级为 2.7.0 版本(这似乎是接受{{1} {1}}),解决了此问题。
