我有一个ASP.NET Core项目，该项目具有由T4模板生成的IDataService类型。如果我手动使Visual Studio生成相应的.cs文件，然后构建项目，则一切都很好：实现IDataService的各种类都可以找到接口的类型，并且一切都很好。

因为手动转换所有这些模板很繁琐且容易出错（例如，从源代码控制克隆解决方案之后），所以我修改了.csproj文件以在每次构建之前转换所有t4模板。可行：在我构建项目时，所有T4模板都将生成最新的.cs文件。

但是，当IDataService.cs尚不存在并构建项目时，我可以看到IDataService.cs正在构建输出中创建（并且实际文件也显示在文件夹中），但是构建失败因为找不到类型或名称空间IDataService。  如果我随后重新运行该构建，则以前的构建中已经存在IDataService.cs，并且所有构建都很好。

这是怎么回事？为什么即使在该版本上生成了msbuild，msbuild仍找不到IDataService.cs？
