我能够使用yarn 1.10.1在本地计算机上预编译您的资产。 Heroku可能使用的是较旧版本的yarn，这可能会导致webpacker 3出现一些问题。

因此，请尝试升级到最新版本的yarn，然后在本地计算机上运行以下命令：

rails app:update:bin

我认为我必须损坏该目录中的某些内容。我使用rails-jquery和rails-react gems开始了该项目，然后使用webpacker安装脚本来安装jquery并作出反应。我决定使用yarn add ...添加jquery和rails，以便可以使用yarn更紧密和一致地管理我的依赖项。
