这是意料之中的:进程的每次调用都会尝试绑定输入套接字。第一次,套接字尚未绑定-成功。第二次-由于端口已经绑定,它失败了,因此无法进行读取。除了所有内容,代码从不检查错误,因此使用户(即您)不知道事情已经失败了。通过错误检查,很明显为什么它不起作用。输出套接字不需要绑定到明确指定的端口号。仅当程序处于接收模式时,才应绑定输入套接字。
