所有使用的支持库都需要具有相同的版本。现在，您可以替换此行

implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:28.0.0-rc01'

与

implementation 'com.android.support:appcompat-v7:27.1.0'

还将compileSdkVersion和targetSdkVersion的版本更改为27。
