指出我需要安装gcc后，使事情前进，然后我发现SSL错误。我必须执行以下操作：
sudo pip3 uninstall pyopenssl
要删除和升级麻烦的软件包，然后：
sudo pip3 uninstall cryptography
然后成功安装了python-binance。问题是它已安装到python 2.7而不是3.7。
