摇动短信作为项目

Question

我创建了一个代码，当用户摇动电话时，电话会自动将消息发送到指定的号码，但是我想从用户拥有的联系人中提取一个号码。我开始进行活动以获取结果，但我不知道将用户选择的联系人放入短信管理器中。这是我的完整代码，请帮助我从用户那里获取电话号码并将其放入短信管理器电话字段中
