我最近从3.5升级到3.7.3时遇到了同样的问题：

• 我删除了3.5，安装了3.7.3
• 从path删除python的旧版本
• 更新了pipfile以指向更高版本的python
• 重启终端
• 重新安装点子：https://www.liquidweb.com/kb/install-pip-windows/
• 重新安装pip install pipenv

那么您应该可以运行pipenv install。
