使用Visual Studio设置Oracle可能很棘手。我认为，如果您安装了Oracle Home，则驱动程序版本可能会与您的oracle.manageddataaccess.client Nuget安装版本冲突。

我发现我需要卸载Oracle Home。对我有用的是，仅在计算机上安装适用于Visual Studio的Oracle开发人员工具，然后将Oracle.ManagedDataAccess nuget程序包安装到需要连接到Oracle的任何项目中。如果您有一个（并且不需要保留它），我将卸载Oracle Home。

我会避免直接编辑machine.config。您应该能够单独使用Nuget包和“ Dev Tools for Visual Studio”连接到Oracle，这对我有用。之后，配置连接可能很棘手，但是您应该克服重复输入错误。祝你好运！
