问题是只有实现Serializable接口的对象才能以这种方式保存到文件中。这将传递应用于被序列化的对象图中的所有类......除非您采取措施来处理它。

标准类库中的某些类不实现Serializable,因此无法序列化。通常,这有合理的技术原因。例如,Thread无法序列化,因为无法序列化线程的状态。并且Socket无法序列化,因为(通常)无法重新建立断开的套接字连接。

在您的情况下,您的BloomFilter对象包含对不可序列化的第三方Bitset类的直接或间接引用。如果您查看源代码(例如http://grepcode.com/file/repo1.maven.org/maven2/com.googlecode.javaewah/JavaEWAH/1.0.1/com/googlecode/javaewah/datastructure/BitSet.java/),您会看到 BitSet实现Externalizable而不是 1 。所以......你可以能够修改你的代码,以便在适当的时候使用外化机制。
