似乎Composer还没有完全执行symfony / flex插件中的功能。我能想到这一点的唯一原因就是如果你已经全局禁用了插件（你可以通过运行composer config -l并查看它是否在任何地方提到no-plugins来诊断它）

我可以通过运行：

复制您的目录结构

composer create-project symfony/skeleton project --no-plugins
cd project
composer install

这将创建一个空的symfony.lock文件，但不会解压缩任何已安装的Symfony配方。

从这里开始，您应该可以通过运行

来完成安装

composer fix-recipes

在项目文件夹中。这将完成解压缩所有已安装的配方，包括创建缺少的目录结构。
