使用Chrome浏览器TTFB的AngularJS很高

Question

使用http://localhost:8080/birt/index.html#/test-script时，应用程序运行正常意味着TTFB时间以毫秒为单位。但是当我使用http://ipaddress:8080/birt/index.html#/test-script时，TTFB非常高（大约8-15秒）。问题只出在Chrome浏览器中，Firefox运行正常。
