docker build -t web .
docker run --link postgres:db -it -p 3000:3000 -p 4200:4200 web

如果失败了，我就试着和

docker run --link postgres:db -it -p 3000:3000 -p 4200:4200 web bash

然后尝试在容器内手动运行rails s，rails c等。
