扩展Bryan的评论：你的服务器的/ tmp目录是只读的，这是服务器默认编写规范文件的地方，所以不涉及编辑规范（包括提交）。

您的服务器管理员应该使/ tmp可写入p4d进程（可能p4d作为错误的用户重新启动并失去了访问权限？）或将TMP设置为可写目录：
