我解决了这个问题

Beacuase我已将电子邮件配置为某个意义上更多数字的人

用户将收到超过3个问题警报和正常警报并减少

针对每个人的问题提醒单一警报。

when the **zabbix alerter process exceeds 75%** this errors occurs 

    Zabbix alerter processes more than 75% busy

并且zabbix无法向所有对等主机发送警报
