我建议更新NuGet上所有与SQLite相关的软件包以及Visual Studio的SQLite扩展（通过工具 - ＆gt;扩展和更新...）
据我所知，您使用的是EntityFrameworkCore，它仅适用于Windows 10 Fall Creators Update和更新版本，并且不适用于旧版本的UWP。要解决这些问题，您必须将应用程序设置为最低SDK版本16299（FCU）。如果您需要支持旧版本，则必须暂时不使用Entity Framework ...
