虽然不是我的问题的答案（可能是“没有。”），但我'错误地使用了Authorize.Net的联系表来申请手动创建帐户。与他们回复ETA的约2天相反，上面的表格是“固定的”，他们回答说，“我刚刚测试了页面，我无法在~5小时内重新创建错误。”
