您不能将OR窗口类型放在一起。您将创建一些随机的其他类型。说实话,您使用的窗口类型实际上并不适合应用程序使用(这就是为什么它们中包含“系统”一词)。
“软键按钮不再起作用”是什么意思?如果这是一个大问题(我想知道执行此操作的代码),就不应该停止工作。其他键被传递到当前的关键焦点;如果您不想专注,请使用FLAG_NOT_FOCUSABLE
