Apache显示流动错误＆＃34; Apache HTTP服务器已停止工作＆＃34;

Question

每次运行joomla的应用程序时，它都会显示出来  ＆＃34; Apache HTTP服务器已停止工作＆＃34;。  我的joomla版本如下

PHP Version              : 7.0.9
Web Server               : Apache/2.4.23 (Win32) OpenSSL/1.0.2h PHP/7.0.9
Joomla! Version          : Joomla! 3.6.4 Stable 
Joomla! Platform Version : Joomla Platform 13.1.0 Stable

**只有当我们点击上面的对话框中的关闭程序后才能使用它。 （有些时候，如果我们点击关闭程序它会再次显示，超过上面图像的5或6倍，之后它将正常工作。
