.append用新元素覆盖列表中的所有内容？

搜索了这个，但答案似乎不适用于我的情况。 由于某种原因，返回的列表确认有多行，但一遍又一遍地返回相同的字典...这里是我的代码：

导入io     使用io.open（filename，＆＃34; r＆＃34;，encoding =＆＃34; utf-8＆＃34;）作为my_file：     用于存储词典的#empty列表
