我的时区是GMT + 0200，我在时区的实际小时是13:02。虽然在Fullcalendar中运行此代码：

我收到了：

"Fri Sep 22 2017 13:02:19 GMT+0000"

为什么我的时区被忽略了？这是正确的行为吗？
