OctopusWeb是settings.py和wsgi.py文件所在的文件夹的名称。

os.environ['PYTHONPATH'] = os.path.abspath(os.path.dirname(__file__))

因为在此过程中设置PYTHONPATH为时已晚。

sys.path.insert(0, os.path.abspath(os.path.dirname(__file__)))
