我在xampp服务器上面临文件夹权限

Question

我在xampp服务器中遇到文件夹权限问题。当我运行laravel命令php artisan route：list。然后我收到错误

[ErrorException]
 Key file "file://G:\Local Server\xampp\htdocs\Examples\example 
 1\laravel\storage\oauth-private.key" permissions are not correct, should be 
 600 or 660 instead of 666.
