我刚从WRF建模中生成了一个大的netcdf文件。该文件有143个变量,122个全局属性和9个维度。它涵盖了7天的时间段,时间步长为6小时。我想做的就是在第一天(前4个步骤)切出并丢弃所有内容并保留其余文件。我在transNcdfCutFiles包中搜索了ncdf.tools函数,但对如何正确使用它感到有些困惑。

使用cdo命令行更容易做到:

cdo seltimestep,5/nsteps ifile ofile

其中nsteps是文件中的时间步数。
