管理Nuget软件包崩溃VS2017

我使用SysInternals Process Monitor查找当VS尝试ACCESS_DENIED键时发生的实际RegCreateKey：

此密钥似乎存储在VS应用程序配置单元文件中：
C:\Users\<user name>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\VisualStudio\15.0_05fc10d7\privateregistry.user.bin
我以管理员身份启动了regedit，将hive文件作为described加载到regedit：
- 启动RegEdit.exe
- 在左侧窗格中选择Computer \ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE节点
- 选择文件|加载Hive ...菜单项，并加载privateregistry.user.bin
- 当提示输入密钥名称时，只需键入“VSRegHive” 之类的内容即可
- 这会将数据加载到HKLM节点 下的VSRegHive中
- 创建2个缺席密钥

我的VS2017也在NuGet包管理器中崩溃，所以我无法将包添加到项目中。尝试以管理员身份启动VS2017，我可以通过这种方式添加软件包，然后以普通用户身份重启VS2017。
