我从一个例子创建了简单的Spring MVC项目，但它不起作用。我使用Tomcat，它在 WEB-INF / views / 包中看不到我的index.jsp，我收到404错误。但是如果我将 index.jsp 放入 webapp 包中，Tomcat就会找到它。这是我的配置和类：

</welcome-file-list>

其次，永远不会，将jsp或html个网页放在WEB-INF文件夹下。它用于包含客户端无法访问的文件。
