您设置了错误的波特率。你的Java代码有

 serialPort.setSerialPortParams(57600,SerialPort.DATABITS_8,SerialPort.STOPBITS_1,SerialPort.PARITY_NONE);

但是你的Arduino草图中有

 Serial.begin(9600);

波特率必须相同,否则会出现传输错误。
