我遇到了同样的问题，甚至不得不提出MS支持票。但是，我能够自己修复它。您必须重新启动虚拟机才能使Mobility代理开始响应并与Recovery Vault通信。如果重新启动仍无法解决问题，请从计算机上卸载移动代理，取消保护计算机，然后重新保护。
