无法从SecondActivity向MainActivity的RecyclerView发送多个文本

我可以从MainActivity转到sendactivity并输入一个文本,将其发送到MainActivity中的RecyclerView,但是当我尝试发送另一个文本时,它会转到MainActivity但不显示任何文本。
