我已经使用ColdFusion 2016大约5个月没有问题。两天前，我突然无法访问内置服务器，在Opera中收到如下消息：
127.0.0.1拒绝连接（Opera）
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED（Chrome）。

我认为这可能是防火墙问题，因为在启动时我看到一条消息说另一个应用程序（Akamai NetSession）被阻止，而Windows防火墙已经做了一些更改。但是在检查防火墙时，允许使用ColdFusion Server（如Opera Chrome等）。
我尝试从命令提示符启动CF服务器，但在导航到\bin目录并输入ColdFusion.exe start之后，我没有收到任何消息。
我在服务器的端口8501上（8500被CF11的旧版本使用），但从未遇到任何运行问题。我正在使用内置服务器。
我注意到当我检查相关选项时，IIS启动页面出现在127.0.0.1上，因此localhost未完全禁用。
