错误或警告消息不在您的计算机上，而是在Bluemix上的buildpack环境中。您无法更新该环境。

解决pip相关消息的唯一方法是使用另一个buildpack。有关Stackoverflow上pip and IBM Bluemix has been discussed here的类似内容。
