Safari无法连接到服务器本地主机

Question

每当我启动Tomcat，并打开http://localhost:8080时，我都会收到以下错误。

Safari无法打开“localhost：8080”页面，因为Safari无法连接到服务器“localhost”。

它曾经在今天之前工作过。我今天早些时候做的就是阻止一些使用主机文件的网站，但我又恢复了它们，现在它看起来像这样。

如果我使用Eclipse启动和停止服务器，它就可以运行。但是localhost无法使用Safari或Google Chrome连接到服务器..

我知道有很多类似的问题，但它们似乎都没有帮助。
