这些是问题

  1. 所有表单输入字段都没有name属性,这是表单字段发布所必需的
  2. 删除disable属性,永不发布已停用的属性字段值,而是使用readonly属性
  3. 使用print_r($_POST);查看提交表单后要发布的值。
