所以我在使用Devise创建用户时遇到问题。这是“bcrypt”的问题。

我认为您不需要在Gemfile中设置显式的bcrypt。 Devise已经将bcrypt作为运行时依赖项包含在内。尝试从Gemfile中删除bcrypt gem，运行bundle update并重新启动服务器。这对我有用。

我遇到了同样的问题，对我来说，每当我运行bundle install时，它都会安装两个版本的bcrypt：

bcrypt-3.1.11
bcrypt-3.1.11 86的mingw32

因此，如果我刚刚执行＆＃34; gem uninstall bcrypt ＆＃34;并删除了（2），然后它工作正常。

为了确保它不会再次安装，我在我的Gemfile上指定平台，如下所示：

gem 'bcrypt', platform: :ruby
