谷歌地图不适用于4.03的Galaxy s3

Question

我正在研究具有Galaxy S6规格的AVD。在那里我可以毫无问题地使用SupportMapFragment。

但是当客户尝试使用包含4.9英寸和Android版本4.03的Galaxy S3设备上的地图的应用程序时，该应用程序不显示地图。
