来自werkzeug的Run_simple dev web服务器无法在Windows下使用重新加载器运行

我无法在Windows 和 run_simple下的werkzeug中运行use_reloader=True开发者网络服务器：

run_simple("localhost", 8090, application, use_reloader=True)

最终在too many values to unpack中遍历new_environ时会抛出wergzeug.serving。如果我删除use_reloader（默认为False）而不是服务器运行没有问题。我错过了什么？

更新：此问题仅出现在0.6版本上。 （也就是说，在0.5作品上，在0.6上它没有。我不知道小修改。）
