WPF并不知道普通属性。您必须使其成为依赖项属性，或者在您的情况下，您的VM必须实现INotifyPropertyChanged。当值更改时，它将自动更新。

您可能没有为 SelectedPlace_Capacity 应用INotifyPropertyChanged属性。

我认为这就是问题所在。
