我遇到了完全相同的问题，并浪费了大量时间。实际上，我安装了R和RStudio，但是还安装了Anaconda。
几个小时后，Anaconda和RStudio的单独安装似乎出现了问题。
我从计算机上卸载了R和RStudio，然后通过Anaconda安装了RStudio。
请注意：首先，我通过在Anaconda Navigator中选择R创建虚拟环境，然后在Anaconda中安装RStudio。
