每次部署（cap production deploy）时，我都会注意到它从一开始就运行迁移（好像我的数据库不存在）。但是，在此之后，我可以重新创建一个用户，一切正常（因此数据库确实创建）。下次我cap production deploy时，我丢失了所有数据。我的deploy.rb出了什么问题？
